Daily WODs (work out of the day) focusing on compound, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Metcons, helping you get fit, have fun and reap some rewarding results.

How often you’ll train will depend on the program you’ve signed up for. Lifestyle offers 3-4 sessions per week, Movement provides 4-5 sessions and Performance is 5-6 sessions per week.
Nutritional coaching is included with Performance programs, but can be added as an optional extra for Lifestyle and Movement. Josh will help set realistic targets and provide coaching to ensure you get the most from your program and achieve your targets.
Our programs are designed for all levels of athletes, whether you’re brand new or an elite CrossFitter, we’ve the building blocks to get you started or help you reach new levels of competitiveness.
If you’re ready to get started, simply choose your program, and contact Josh. From there, Josh will have an initial consultation with you to make you your targets have been set.
We don’t offer classes, but you can take part in group training with another person. Held at The PT Hub, Josh provides coaching for 2 people who can share the cost of the training session.
We offer a range of different programs, helping you reach your fitness targets. Online programs if you’d like to work out without personal training sessions, and hybrid programs if you’d like a little more support face to face.
