Whether you’re new to training or a serious elite athlete, Online personal training offers the flexibility and support to help you reach your training, fitness and lifestyle targets.

ONLINE PROGRAM

If you’re looking at taking your training to the next level, online programs are the perfect answer. Workout in your own time, wherever you want. Online programs are tailored to your ability, need and targets and you’ll have access to Josh for any support you might need. Programs are £150 per month and include:

  • Unlimited sessions per week
  • Nutritional plan
  • Recovery sessions 
  • Video feedback via Loom

Most frequent questions and answers

How often you’ll train will depend on the program you’ve signed up for and other factors such as your ability. Online and Hybrid training is inline with athlete’s fitness targets. Josh will work with you to understand your targets and what you want to achieve and develop a program that fits right for you.

Nutritional coaching is an additional extra for programs.If you want additional support for this, chat with Josh to see how he can help you. Remember, nutrition is a big aspect for training and should be considered when picking a plan. 

Our programs are designed for all levels of athletes, whether you’re brand new or an elite CrossFitter, we’ve the building blocks to get you started or help you reach new levels of competitiveness. 

If you’re ready to get started, simply choose your program, and contact Josh. From there, Josh will have an initial consultation with you to make you your targets have been set. 

We don’t offer classes, but you can take part in group training with another person. Held at The PT Hub, Josh provides coaching for 2 people who can share the cost of the training session.

We offer a range of different programs, helping you reach your fitness targets.  Online programs if you’d like to work out without personal training sessions, and hybrid programs if you’d like a little more support face to face.
