Hybrid training allows you to train on your own and with Josh at The PT Hub Edinburgh. You’ll have the option to pick how many times you’d like to come into The PT Hub depending on the level you choose. Starting from £290 per month, you’ll receive all the benefits of a tailored program alongside:   

  • Online programming
  • Between 1-3 personal training sessions per week

Most frequent questions and answers

How often you’ll train will depend on the program you’ve signed up for and other factors such as your ability. Online and Hybrid offer between 3-6 sessions per week, but are tailored just for you. Josh will work with you to understand your targets and what you want to achieve and develop a program that fits right for you. SCP is 8 sessions per week across 6 days. 

Nutritional coaching is an additional extra for programs.If you want additional support for this, chat with Josh to see how he can help you. Remember, nutrition is a big aspect for training and should be considered when picking a plan. 

Our programs are designed for all levels of athletes, whether you’re brand new or an elite CrossFitter, we’ve the building blocks to get you started or help you reach new levels of competitiveness. 

If you’re ready to get started, simply choose your program, and contact Josh. From there, Josh will have an initial consultation with you to make you your targets have been set. 

We don’t offer classes, but you can take part in group training with another person. Held at The PT Hub, Josh provides coaching for 2 people who can share the cost of the training session.

We offer a range of different programs, helping you reach your fitness targets.  Online programs if you’d like to work out without personal training sessions, and hybrid programs if you’d like a little more support face to face.
