ONLINE PROGRAMS

The online program allows you to train at your own time, wherever you want. Coach Josh is just a message away to provide support and guidance on any aspect of your program, but you’ll be able to train on your own, following a specifically designed program that’s just for you.

HYBRID PROGRAMS

These programs perfectly blend tailored online programming with 1-1 personal training, helping you reach your targets. This makes the athlete journey progress a lot faster physically and technically. Join Josh at The PT Hub, Edinburgh for personal training and then head off to complete your online program on your own. 

STRATTON COMPETE

Stratton Compete Program (SCP) is aimed at Rx-level athletes who are looking to build big gains in their training for the season ahead. With 5 intense training days per week with up to 8x training session across the week, this program is for those with the competitive edge.

Most frequent questions and answers

How often you’ll train will depend on the program you’ve signed up for and other factors such as your ability. Online and Hybrid offer between 3-6 sessions per week, but are tailored just for you. Josh will work with you to understand your targets and what you want to achieve and develop a program that fits right for you. SCP is 8 sessions per week across 6 days. 

Nutritional coaching is an additional extra for programs.If you want additional support for this, chat with Josh to see how he can help you. Remember, nutrition is a big aspect for training and should be considered when picking a plan. 

Our programs are designed for all levels of athletes, whether you’re brand new or an elite CrossFitter, we’ve the building blocks to get you started or help you reach new levels of competitiveness. 

If you’re ready to get started, simply choose your program, and contact Josh. From there, Josh will have an initial consultation with you to make you your targets have been set. 

We don’t offer classes, but you can take part in group training with another person. Held at The PT Hub, Josh provides coaching for 2 people who can share the cost of the training session.

We offer a range of different programs, helping you reach your fitness targets.  Online programs if you’d like to work out without personal training sessions, and hybrid programs if you’d like a little more support face to face.
