Kick off the weekend with Straturdays , group training at The PT Hub Edinburgh. Coached by Josh, an Optimum Nutrition coach, you’ll experience a mix of strength work followed by a team throwdown to get you pumped for the weekend ahead. Simply book your spot below!

WHAT TO EXPECT ON STRATURDAYS

1. Warm up

Start with a warm up, get your bodies moving and ready for the session ahead. We'll cover off a mix of stretches to help protect our bodies.

2. Strength

From oly lifting to body building movements, each week we'll focus on developing our skills and knowledge on core lifts, helping build strength and confidence.

3. Team Throwdown

Finish the session off with a team throwdown and get a sweat on. The team throwdown will cover a wide range of movements to ensure everyone can have fun and participate and get that blood pumping.

FAQs ABOUT STRATURDAYS

What time does it start?

Straturday will start at 10:30am on Saturday 24th June. The class will last for 90 mins. 

WHERE IS IT?

Straturday will be held at The PT Hub, 56 Jane Street, Edinburgh, EH6 5HG. There is also parking!

HOW MUCH IS IT?

If you’re a Stratton Athlete then you’ll get a discounted rate of £10. If you’re new or want to try out the class, the price is £15 per session.

DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF TRAINING BEFORE?

Straturday is for everyone, but for those who haven’t done a functional training class before, this might be a bit advanced so we’d recommend you come along to a SGPT session with Josh instead. Straturdays will have Rx and scaled options!

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Straturday will cover a range of different movements. Josh will ensure you’re warmed up and ready to do, before diving into a strength session and then a team throwdown.

This is an inclusive community training day, designed to help bring the best out of you, challenge you to achieve what you didn’t think was possible. Spots are limited so don’t miss out.
